Learn The Basics!

From beginner to advanced, we have a class for every athlete! Tumbling is a great way to learn the basics of gymnastics for your child. Sign your child up for tumbling class at Flip n Twist Gymnastics today!

Beginner Tumbling

Forward roll, backward roll, handstand, handstand forward roll, cartwheels, & bridges.

Intermediate Tumbling

Bridge kickovers, back walkovers, front limbers, round-offs, & standing back handspring.

Advanced Tumbling

Round-off back handspring, multiple back handsprings, beginning front tumbling.

Power Tumbling

Working all skills prior  to and round off back handspring back tuck, front handsprings and front tucks.

Elite Tumbling

Working all skills (Round-off, back handspring, and back tuck. ) prior to and good strong working layouts.

Twisters Elite Tumbling

All skills above layouts (strong round-off back handspring layout is required and must be approved for this class by instructor.)
