We divide the year into five terms, 8weeks in length. Term six is our SUMMER FLEXI-SCHEDULE, and you may register for the weeks you’ll be in town! The gym will close for two weeks during the summer, Once during June and once durig August. During the first week we will be offering special camps and clinics. Watch for details in our monthly newsletters, calendars and weekly reminders regarding these special opportunities.
Priority Due Date (PDD) is the date by which Current Students must pay tuition in order to maintain ‘priority’ and guarantee their class spot. This date occurs on the last day of priority registration each term. Any student wanting to maintain their current class MUST make a payment during our PRIORITY REGISTRATION weeks. It will be the policy of Flip n Twist Gymnastics to not hold the spot for a student in a class until a payment is made. After the PDD, unpaid students will be deleted from our rosters and New students are placed in any vacancies.

Payment, for class and annual registration, is required with registration. New students may sign up for class during week 8 of each session. If a class is not at its limit new students may sign up at any time. Tuition and Annual registration fees are non-refundable.
You must pay tuition on or before the priority due date in order to guarantee your class spot for the next term. Also, CLASS CHANGE REQUESTS should be made before the PDD to maintain priority over new students. Current Students are given priority registration over new students.
Tuition fees are due prior to the start of the first class of a new term (see section on Priority Due Date). Any fees received after the start of a new term will be assessed a $10 late fee. Tuition not received by the first class of a new term may result your child being dropped from their class.
We are happy to accept cash, personal check, Visa or MasterCard for payment of tuition fees. Any returned checks will be assessed a $30 fee. We do offer a credit card on file program for your convenience as well. TUITION fees are non-refundable.
The annual family membership fee at FlipnTwist Gymnastics is $45 for a family and $35 for a single membership.
At FLIP n TWIST, Only the most expensive tuition in your immediate family pays full fare. All lesser tuitions from your immediate family are discounted 10%!
Tuition pays for your child's spot in your child's class. However, as a courtesy, FlipnTwist Gymnastics offers a make-up class when and where doing so does not interrupt the safety or quality of class. Scheduling make ups is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. No monetary reinbursement is available for classes not made up. Please call the office to schedule your make-up class. Make-up classes are limited to 2 per term. No make-up classes can be carried over to the following term unless approved by a director. If the missed class occurs during week 8 of a term, you will be permitted to make up the class during the following term, provided you have signed up and paid for classes the next term. If a make up is scheduled and you are unable to attend, the gym must be notified at least one hour in advance or the make-up will be forfeited and can not be rescheduled. Holiday absences may be made up in advance of the holiday if within the same term. The same applies to absences due to personal schedule conflicts known in advance.
When scheduling a make up class you will be given a "MAKE UP PASS". Your child will need to present this pass to the instructor at the time of the make up class. Without the pass, your child will not be permitted to join the class that day. If you call over the phone to schedule a make-up, please stop by the front desk to get your pass when arriving at the gym for the class.
Parents may drop off students for class but it is our policy to not allow students to wait outside the building for their parents to return. If a parent or guardian is going to be late, please call the gym so the child can be notified and can wait in our office area.
PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR CLASS! The class warm-up is an essential part of your class. This time allows our instructors to take attendance, work on stretching and flexibility, prepare the muscles for activity, introduce concepts or skills they will work on, ect. Our intructors encourage you to arrive early for class. This is a great time for your child to use the restroom. If your child has long hair, please make sure it is pulled up so it is not in their face. It is a safety concern for your child to enter the gym with hair that is long and not pulled back.
Students are NOT ALLOWED in the gym at any time without an instructor. Students not enrolled in a class may not enter the gym or use the equipment.
The play area is for siblings who are not taking class. Please help keep FlipnTwist Gymnastics a safe environment by watching younger children / siblings closely in our lobby area.
In the event that it becomes necessary to cancel classes due to inclement weather, FlipnTwist will post a closing announcement on the local news station Channel 5. If you question whether we are open, please call the gym. (513) 942-4435
